Writer, producer, and content creator Tania Van Pelt has been studying wellness, specifically diet-related health, since creating a popular lifestyle website. After years of research and practical application, she wrote the book Ageless Diet.
Currently, she runs Hi-Lo Beverage, a wholesale wine & spirits distribution company, and Vin de Garde a full-service warehouse business that offers storage and fulfillment for wholesale wine and spirits distributors in Colorado.
Beyond her experience in business, Tania has worked tirelessly as a social and climate justice activist. She has organized forums for US Senate candidates throughout Colorado. She has been on the Board and Steering Committees for CAPE Denver and Indivisible Denver. Additionally she is part of a group of small-business owners who campaign for more climate action from their elected officials from the perspective of a business owner. Tania sees housing for those most vulnerable as an inalienable right and a desperate need. It is also an integral part of climate action.
